KAT (Knowledge Agentic Technology)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KAT service operated by KAT Inc., located at 85 Broad Street, Suite 28-079, New York, NY 10004 ("we", "our", "us"). By subscribing to or using KAT, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
KAT is a done-for-you morning briefing service. We access your Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Tasks (with your explicit authorization) to generate a personalized daily briefing delivered to your inbox via email and audio.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Google account to use KAT.
You authorize KAT to access your Google account data solely for the purpose of generating your daily briefing. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com. Revoking access will stop your daily briefings.
KAT is a paid subscription service. Pricing is listed at getkat.ai/checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, contact hello@getkat.ai for a full refund.
You agree not to use KAT to violate any laws, infringe on the rights of others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
All content, software, and branding associated with KAT are the property of KAT Inc. Your briefing content is generated from your own data and belongs to you.
KAT is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any missed briefings, inaccurate summaries, or damages resulting from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
